Hi! I'm Amanda. I've been a resident of Central for over 20 years. It has become HOME.

I found American mahjong a few months ago and instantly fell in love. I wanted to share my enthusiasm for mahjong with Central and the surrounding areas. Hence, Mahj Central was created.

It's a great way to socialize, learn something new, and have fun!

What is mahjong?

American mahjong is a variant of Chinese mahjong. It is a tile game played with 4 persons. The objective is to collect and discard tiles to make a hand that was chosen from the National Mahjong League Card. First person to make their hand- MAHJONG!
